THE RESOLUTIONS COMMITTEE seeks resolutions or topics for resolutions to be
considered at the N.A. Ornithological Conference. Pls send suggestions by

Topics under consideration include: snow geese overpopulation, national
forest planning, Izembek Natl. Wildlife Refuge, National Petroleum
Reserve, funding for the Biological Resources Division of the USGS, and the
Public Lands Initiative.
