Oklahoma Rare Bird Alert, Tuesday evening, March 16.
WESTERN GREBE, Mar 16, Tulsa County
On Tuesday, Mar 16, one WESTERN GREBE, was reported on Lake Yahola in
Tulsa County. Lake Yahola is located on the extreme western side of
Mohawk Park.
We have received no updates on the CINNAMON TEAL reported Mar 9 in Creek
County at Keystone Wildlife Management Area. We assume the birds are
gone.
That is our report for today. This rare bird alert is sponsored by the
Oxley Nature Center of Tulsa and the Oklahoma Ornithological Society. If
you have a message to leave, wait for the tone. Don't forget to leave
your name and telephone number.
Thanks for calling.
